Safeguarding & Patient Quality Team Administrator

Band 4 pro rata if part-time
Hours: 22.5 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working.
An exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding & Patient Quality Team Administrator has arisen within the Safeguarding & Quality Team.
The Quality & Safeguarding department is fast-paced, and no two days are the same. It is therefore essential that the successful Administrator can work well under pressure, always maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude at all times. You will hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise with professionals, patients, and clinical teams. The successful Administrator will be expected to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service. This will include but not be limited to, liaising with professionals, patients, and members of staff, processing referrals, answering the telephone, setting up meetings & minutes, along with collaborative working with other teams/team members.
