Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with the University of Buckingham, is a University Teaching Hospital; we conduct research and teaching on site to improve the care of our patients . The hospital is undergoing significant  investment and development including a new surgical ward, a new main entrance (allowing expansion of A&E services),  a new Academic Centre and a planned new Cancer Centre.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced nurse to assist in the leadership and development of Ward 14 focusing on the provision of excellent, high quality care to frail older people who need re-enablement. We work very closely with the multi-disciplinary team in getting people home safely and in a timely way. We are looking for someone who will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and energy to the division of Medicine Milton Keynes University Hospital

The medicine division is a friendly dedicated team, who are committed to improving services for our patients. There is a strong emphasis on team support and development, with opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, skills and managerial/leadership experience.
