Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with the University of Buckingham, is a University Teaching Hospital; we conduct research and teaching on site to improve the care of our patients . The hospital is undergoing significant  investment and development including a new surgical ward, a new main entrance (allowing expansion of A&E services),  a new Academic Centre and a planned new Cancer Centre.

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated experienced Nurses to support the introduction of our new thrombolysis service and help bring enthusiasm and energy to our dedicated Unit at Milton Keynes University Hospital and to complement our senior nursing team in promoting and achieving high quality nursing care to all our patients

Our forward thinking Multi-Disciplinary Team embraces the challenge of providing excellent clinical care from Hyper Acute to Early Supported Discharge.

We are a friendly dedicated team, who are committed to improving services for our patients. There is a strong emphasis on team support and development, with opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, skills and managerial/leadership experience.

Milton Keynes Hospital is committed in equipping our staff with up to date knowledge and skills to care for our stroke patients. This is an exciting time to join our Team as there are plans to introduce a thrombolysis service within are continually improving unit.
